Which is what the majority of Republicans support, and is the reason they wanted to repeal the ACA in the first place. It had some provisions in place which created a barrier between underwriting a policy, and having maximum profits. Pre existing conditions coverage, yearly and lifetime caps are examples of such.
Knowing this, I see nothing useful coming from the Republicans. They'll apply lipstick to what they propose, but it's still not going to be something honestly better, or even as good as the ACA.
At best, people will lose key aspects of their coverage, or their entire ability to have coverage at all at worst.
