17. There's a simple solution:

Vote by mail ballots, with postage pre-paid. The way I've been voting in WA for years.

Allows you to vote at leisure, with the intertubes in front of you so you know what you're choosing, all the way down the ballot to judges.

But that would mean Republicans would have to legislate this in many states, and for that, they'd have to care about democracy.
