6. I think he may be confusing Iraq and Iran.

I'm pretty sure I saw a film of George W's sending of trunks of US dollars to spread around Iraq to give to the people or who knows what, but it was a huge amount of money.

If nobody else has seen this footage (part of a report about W's handling of the war in Iraq) or somebody who should know is sure that such a thing never happened, I'll gladly retract my assertion. Like most sane people, I am victimized often by confusing places and times and a lot of other facts. However, I'm also glad to change my mind and admit I was wrong if it turns out I was.
