Should Gillibrand & Co reverse course on Franken, admit they rushed to judgment and ask him to stay?

Maybe it's not too late for Gillibrand & Co to do a mea culpa, admit they rushed to judgment and make things right. Forcing someone out for political expediency is not the high ground when you really think about it. It's the low ground. And if a rethug takes the seat in 2018, women will be set back even further.
