So if a male or female, willing participant in a raunchy joke is the first to come forward years later to cry victim - whether because they found Christ or Sean Hannity - their employers have your high-road-walking, liberal support to terminate the accused?

Employers should be liable for terminating the falsely accused just as they should be liable for failing to stop known harassment in the workplace. Same goes for colleges that are too lazy and pc to conduct investigations when allegations arise.
