I am an artist and very visual and am hyper aware of how everything I see is ALL MEN (usually white) all the time on the news, in business, and government! Others probably do not notice it since it is "the norm". I want it to be a commonplace "norm" to see pictures that are 99% women of all ages, colors, etc. None of us will ever see that in our lifetime (I am being realistic unfortunately).
