What percentage of our resources should we dedicate to reaching medium to low income white males?

I've heard some good arguments from both sides on this; and of course a lot of riled up sentiments. I should say that for the purposes of this poll assume it's a zero sum game - if we invest 95% of our outreach towards one community that leaves only 5% to invest in another community.

In reality though we should do both; outreach but also increasing the size of the pie by GOTV drives and the like.
