Those hotels are so busy, people have all types of luggage. We stayed at the MGM on our way to California when my kids were little, you should have seen all the crap we hauled up to our room. Things in bags and stuff sacks along with suitcases.

I'm sure the guy was careful enough to make sure no one would be able to easily see it was an arsenal of guns and ammo.
