Exactly. He is actively AGAINST even attempts at diplomacy. He WANTS war. He won't put himself or his family in harm's way, not intentionally. But, what could possibly go wrong in a nuclear war?

He's the most dangerous of beasts: a cowardly weakling trying to prove how tough he is.
