If you knew how to search the Senate record you could find bills that have been introduced. Not to mention, the VA bill was in 2014. You KNOW that he was running for president in 2015 and 2016. No Senator running for President - not Sanders, not Obama, Clinton, Kerry, Edwards, Bradley etc writes major legislation in the marathon that Presidential politics is.
In 2017, he has a bill with cosponsors, but no Republicans.
