When I called them a few weeks ago to ask if my rate was increasing 12.5% and I was told "Yes" by a representative I told her that I guess that is my reward for making over 300 (I keep track)calls to Congress since Jan she laughed. I told her that it wasn't funny and I was serious and she was silent. I probably saved her job too. Funny? HA HA?! I have a fatal illness so NO! Not funny!
