12. He is doing this media manlipulation distraction game...

He did this for 2 reasons ...first and always, he's an asshole and secondly, the media frenzy regarding the transgender banning would greatly distract from the Manafort raid... which it indeed did...Trump is a successful manlipulator and grifter in chief..
