that comey said he thought that Hillary had it in the bag and he didn't want to seem partisan in his handling of investigations of tRump and of her emails

I personally think he miscalculated, not realizing the damage the russian/tRump campaign was instilling in peoples mind

to be clear I never did trust Comey for one second. He always came across to me like a person who was more worried about image than about job
