Can we talk about Comey's role for a moment please? [View all]

We all remember Comey interjecting HRC's email investigation back into the news cycle right before the election. Even without the current context it was an extreme event.

Now we know that Flynn's conversations with the Russian Ambassador were tapped. This would have required a FISA warrant and therefore an ongoing investigation.

So, how the fuck do we explain Comey deciding to talk emails again 10 days before the election when Trump's people (or at least one of his people) was/were part of an ongoing investigation involving Russia and a cyber attack on this nation including an attempt at election tampering?

On a side note, if Pres. Obama knew about this how does he allow Comey to keep his job?

I'm perplexed.

I think the head of the FBI needs to be investigated too and that makes me think I might be getting paranoid.

If an American is involved it requires a warrant and Flynn is American. Motown_Johnny Mar 2017 #6
