You may have noticed that the date on the poll is January 2017. The election was in November 2016. Additionally, the poll is largely comparing Obama and Trump, where the election was Clinton and Trump. Further, the poll isn't of likely voters, it's of registered voters.

All this poll says is that Trump is less liked/trusted than Obama among registered voters.
