These are people who assume that everyone can get a good job that pays well and has benefits and are completely ignorant of the realities of the workplace. They haven't a clue what the world of retail work is like, just to name one part of the economy. They do not understand the cyclical nature of the business cycle, other than sometimes they have lower profits than others, and sometimes they lay off a lot of workers to protect their high income.

They will simply point to the unemployed and say, "See? I told you they were lazy!"
