I live in the Northeast and my friend always sends a LTTE to the local paper this time of year, warning about leaving pets in cars. But we have harsh winters here, too, plus lots of farms, and farm animals deserve the same protection. Adorable little colt with a heart wrenching story! Grateful to know that he's getting so much love and attention...
