And one may assume they have a good supply of propane or other fuel, along with plenty of MRE's and freeze dried food.
I would assume the facility has its own big honking propane tank in the first place.
This is a very remote facility, and the notion that they need electrical power, running water or electricity for some unspecified purpose suggests that someone doesn't spend a lot of time outdoors.
