Door buzzards in PA are covered under SectionII-3Abbbc107 of the state Constitution which specifically says that in the absence of peepholes, the vultures are free to open doors when requested by local police.
This is becawse the rules were written for condors long before condos existed and when wives were chattel property.
Talong and the sort of it, though, is that your neighbors have also violated the entire Chapter 7 of the Constitution by exhibiting a mat that had a little gloss, and not properly matte. A little gloss, as in this tale of woe.
Now, all of this is moot if the Pennsylvania Imaginary Wife Act of 1823 is invoked. This is the last act of the Quaker legacy which says the invention of a wife for gain is forbidden, and punishable by expulsion from the community. It does say "cooperative" community, though, which is not a condo, so you may have a chance. There were forms of co-ops back then that had nothing to do with modern ones, so you may yet have another argument.
So, imagining this little guy with thick glasses living alone with three cats and a decent imagination, let me be the first to wish you
A HAPPY EASTER!
