But if even one-half succeed, that will be a success, and will further isolate the remaining holdouts until they, too. will eventually remove it of their own accord.
Edited to add:
I especially appreciate Virginia's Gov. McAuliffe speaking up quickly, and believe that is something in his purview to correct.
