Frankly, since hidden posts disappear from profiles after 90 days, I think it's only fair to look at that. As individual DUers, we all know if we have had posts hidden. The admins of this site only show the number of hidden posts in member's profiles for 90 days. I think that's a very good decision. Clearly, anyone who has a clean record here for three months is trying hard to post in a civil manner. Full credit to them, I think.

I remember every hidden post I have had. I know why each was hidden. I have tried never to repeat the fault. I don't put myself in the 99% I mentioned, because I remember those occasions. I also know many, many DUers who have never, ever written anything that was hidden. For most DUers, I have no idea, other than the numbers in their profiles. If it's clear, they're in the 99%, as far as I'm concerned.
