But I am not so sure that among the oligarchs, putting the house of Koch in control of the Landsraad is something they really want to do.

The house of Bush has manifest an interest and it seems likely to me that run will be supported by the big money in SW Asia. Their play pushing tar-sands out of the market is at odds with the Kochs and the puppet Walker.
