I say that because it has always bothered my that the previous Pope, Pope Benedict XVI, whom I have NO respect for, planted the verbiage seed when he declared a "New Evangelization". Although it can be interpreted many ways just the word alone and it's intention to bring back the flock to the old ways, further solidifies the splinter of the Catholic Church into hard core conservatives and a more liberal faction. More ways to weaken the Catholic Church.
This also helps people like Beisner and his group. So sad.
