1. maybe a no true bill was for the best. a future prosecutor could then try again.

this prosecutor it seems clearly wasn't interested in taking this to trial. had it gone that route, the prosecutor would no doubt have presented a similarly weak case and then a not guilty verdict would have given wilson double jeopardy protections.

one can hope some future prosecutor will be more interested in justice.
