I don't know how responsible you can hold him for other agencies whom have been around for awhile and have problems that have existed for much longer than he has been POTUS. Also, as far as the CDC is concerned, this is the first time we've ever had Ebola on our shores. I can understand why they might not have responded perfectly- though a lot of the missteps were caused by Texas Presbyterian. The point is that Democrats believe in functional government and want to fix problems to make things better. What are Republicans doing to fix......anything?
