The racism in the NYPD should warrant a total disbanding of that force and a new, CIVIL police force should be installed.

It cannot be fixed. The good cops there are persecuted when they dare to speak out.

RIP Eric Garner, in many ways, we are all to blame for allowing this to continue. I am so sorry
