the HL stores were on public streets. Today, with most of these stores being in malls, and malls being private property, I think your well thought out plan falls quite flat. I remember a few years ago, someone was tossed out of the mall around here by some rent-a-pigs, because he was wearing a shirt with a peace symbol on it, and some words against the war in Iraq. "Private Property," was what the judge cited as the reason that the shirt could not be worn. On private property, the owner has the right to chase anyone he or she wants to, off of his or her private property.
