And why did a bunch of southern white men vote for Clinton?

Clinton, after all, won Louisiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri in 1992 and 1996 (except Georgia, but then he won Florida in 1996).

And somehow "not campaigning" is NOT a factor?
