there are different types of them. Being in finance, I know there are many decent people who lean liberal socially but are driven by low taxes because it helps their business and vote accordingly.
So if you translate that to "how do we appeal to them" - it's gotta be low business taxes right? Not something we typically support right?
My only point it that you have to boil it all down to policy. And be willing to somehow provide that if we want to expand our base.
