"So we hope the President will join us in a year of real action -- by empowering people -- not making their lives harder with unprecedented spending, higher taxes, and fewer jobs."
She voted for the budget bill that will create "unprecedented spending and higher taxes". The President only signs these bills into law. It's the House and Senate that actually create them. As for fewer jobs, there were 1.363 million more people employed in December compared to a year earlier.
