caring if the patient ever gets cured for the money. I don't know if the people that she's speaking of really knew what was going on. Perhaps we want to believe there was no malice in that one person. But the rest was regimes doing experiments on POWs, but with a smiling face.

That little adventure in, take your pick, eugenics or genocide, that depends on the perspective, was one of the most depraved things we studied in HS history class.

They watched those men die horrible deaths and pass the disease around. It's like AA's have been POWs in the place of their birth.

As someone said, this is a white problem, we have to get through to the people who can't accept. Find all the solutions, try them out, keep listening.

Despite still having trouble in South Africa, one of the most remarkable thing was the process of Reconcillation by Mandela and Tutu. The colonists in a way, did not deserve such a gift from those they'd wronged.

At this point, it is on the white community to fix this, to reach out, to change minds. If we want a future for our country, we are going to have to do our part.

Thanks for all these details, Cha. I don't tweet, the brevity and the system of it seem so limiting. Most of them I've read don't make a lot of sense, but these tweets were condensed and got right to the point!
