1. Wouldn't it be great if there were a political party...

...that represented the interests of the common person, instead of those of the wealthy and the corporations they own?

How quickly a case could be made to build a system that served the interests of the entire community. Part of that would be a more equitable distribution of wealth, resources, capital and all the tools needed to build a better nation and world.

Didn't there used to be a political party like that? It has been a long time since I thought of them, let alone see them on the television screen talking about all this.

What was their name? Demos? Dema-something. Gosh. What were they called?

Whatever. We could sure use one.
