28. Where is the pressure on Hamas for a ceasefire?

They are the ones refusing it.

Where is the pressure on Hamas to stop hoarding supplies in the tunnels that the Palestinians desperately need?

Along with pressure on Israel to stop bombing, pressure needs to be put on Hamas to stop using tunnels under civilian homes and institutions. That could become a negotiating point for a ceasefire.
