What do the people around him see during a typical day? With his health and mental issues, he may really be suffering.

Just sitting there on a loaded diaper might be torture. All day in court is a lot different than a couple hours at a rally and he hasn't looked good (for him) at those lately.

I'm hoping he has some sort of episode so bad we forget all about the sleeping and shitting his pants.
