7. Trump is either stupid and deluded, or he is lying.

We know that Trump never passes up an opportunity to lie in order to make himself a victim and cast anyone else as a villain. Anyone who is paying attention and who is not totally brainwashed in the the Trump mindset would know that Merchan said they would evaluate where the process was before the graduation. Also, anyone who knows about Trump and isn't totally brainwashed into the Trump mindset, would understand that Trump doesn't give a shit about Baron or his graduation. He hasn't attended the graduations of most of his children. He sees his children as he sees basically everyone else in his life, through the lens of, "How can they help me? ". Baron's graduation is just another day that Trump can use to delay his prosecution and a chance to complain about being "victimized".
