Republicans and "human capital" [View all]

Hi everyone. I’m hoping someone can help me since I’ve been looking and cannot find it.

I recall reading or seeing a video a while back on republicans talking about Americans as “human capital”. The gist (as I recall) was an argument saying that this is why they are against abortion and education … they need cheap and dumb, poor and desperate labor.

Does anyone recall this or did I just make it up in my head?

Thanks in advance!
