But there are only one set of facts, and not all of them have been publicly available.
Many of your links contain opinions based on a lack of public information at the time
Now, as the NYT report shows, Garland did not drag his feet, and in fact initiated investigations into Trump and his inner circle soon after being sworn in.
This article has most of the publicly known facts about the actual timeline of the DOJ investigations, including the obstruction of the J6 committee who refused to turn over their transcripts to DOJ until after they presented their final findings to the media.
