2. Good grief. I wonder if these captive businesses anticipated any sort of interference from the state of AL?

Just think of it, all companies have got to keep up on new rules and such, in all states of the U.S., and when you have idiot laws like this attempting to be passed.

I suspect that there are already laws on the books preventing such gross interference from authorities on union-related matters within the state, and it smacks of gross government interference.
