5. In some areas AI will be a huge benefit. Workers security, compensation, and rights is not one of them.

Progress is good, but progress has unintended consequences and in the realm of "productivity" it generally spells economic disaster and hardship for workers as they are cast aside in the name of profit. If those pushing AI as a "boon" to society were actually pushing it for the betterment of society there would be a parallel push for how to transition the workers displaced by the technology. I'm just not seeing that aspect of the issue from any of the players involved.
