A person can be so totally disgusted by this situation as to say "I give up!" and still be planning to GOTV... [View all]
...and do their best to get Biden elected.
The last thing those of us, like myself, who are deeply disgusted with how the "justice" system has been coddling Trump and willfully playing along with his delay tactics, need is a lecture from the perky never-give-up squad, especially since strong reactions of disgust ARE NOT the same thing as giving up on everything.
For the most part, "I give up!" generally means "I give up on hoping for better from this system", NOT "I give up on resisting Trump in any way, shape, or form."
For those so inclined, please keep your pep talks and tut-tutting and your examples of brave perseverance to yourselves. They aren't needed or wanted.
