A solid steel bubble that surrounds them.

They are so out of touch with the majority of Americans it's dumbfounding.

And they hire "consultants" when they inevitably make huge mistakes. Most good managers and business leaders don't need anyone to tell them what to do to fix things.

So, why do they pay these CEOs multimillions to make decisions when they are sooooo bad at it?
