9. A percentage represents "relative risk"

and is therefore essentially meaningless unless they disclose "absolute risk". For example, if two people out of a hundred in one group develop a malady but only one out of a hundred in the other group that's a 100% difference, but statistically insignificant in an absolute sense. We need to know the "absolute" data.
