Bottom line... Schiff is boosting Garvey to avoid facing Porter. I'm 100% Team Katie. if Schiff wins, there will be TWO MEN as CA Senators for the next 15-20 years. No bueno.
California Senate Polls Today: Schiff Helps Garvey Edge Out Fellow Democrats
The polls show that Schiffs strategic effort to boost Garvey at Porters expense is working. In the RealClearPolitics polling averages for this race, Schiff is at 26.5 percent, Garvey is at 20.5 percent, Porter is at 18.3 percent, and Lee is at 9 percent. Garvey has been steadily trending upwards in the polls as Schiffs campaign love-bombed him; in the latest UC BerkeleyLos Angeles Times survey, the Republican actually led the field with 27 percent, two points ahead of his frenemy Schiff and eight points ahead of Porter.
