Many DUers need to check their knee-jerk defense of AG Garland's handling of the DOJ-- regardless of his good intentions, Garland is clearly among the key figures whose decisions are accelerating the loss of our Republic. His glacially slow progress toward finally beginning investigations and prosecutions of the traitor Trump will very likely allow even Trump's doofus band of clown-lawyers to delay his upcoming trials until AFTER the November election.
Then, to look into Biden's handling of some secret documents Garland appointed Robert Hur, a thorough-going Republican, who served as U.S. attorney of Maryland from 2018 to 2021, after being appointed by former President Donald Trump’s attorney general, Jeff Sessions. He previously clerked for two well-known conservative judges, including archconservative Supreme Court Justice William Rehnquist. And surprise, surprise...Hur finds no legal wrongdoing by Biden, but includes gratuitous zingers about Biden's memory and, by implication, his mental competency.
If Donald Trump becomes president-elect in November, AG Garland will have had a helping hand in our Republic;s demise.
