That doesn't mean he won't lose some or all of those cases. But comparing the outcome of a civil case arising from a sexual assault to criminal cases arising from classified documents or interference with elections is comparing apples and oranges. Among other things, the standard for conviction in a criminal case is "beyond a reasonable doubt" while it is merely "preponderance of the evidence" in a civil case. In addition, the lawyers representing him in the criiminal case are better than Habba (admittedly a low bar).
