22. I know quite a bit about the JFK assassination.

The HSCA supported the findings of the Warren Commission. They differed only in erroneously believing a 4th shot had been fired. That was disputed at the time and has been conclusively falsified since. The HSCA concluded in its 1979 report that:

• Lee Harvey Oswald fired three shots at Kennedy. The second and third shots Oswald fired struck the President. The third shot he fired successfully killed the President.

• The committee believed, on the basis of the evidence available to it, that neither the Soviet Government, Cuban Government, anti-Castro Cuban groups, national syndicate of organized crime, Secret Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, nor the Central Intelligence Agency were involved in the assassination of Kennedy.

• The HSCA agreed with the single bullet theory, but concluded that it occurred at a time point during the assassination that differed from any of the several time points the Warren Commission theorized it occurred. Those beliefs of the HSCA have since been falsified numerous times through scientific tests.

So what if 75% of Americans believe there was a conspiracy involved? They got their info from Oliver Stone's fiction. 90% of Americans once believed that Iraq had WMDs.

And of course I - like the HSCA - believe the single bullet fact because that's how it went down. It's a scientific fact. The trajectory of the bullet had to hit Connelly after hitting JFK. The bullet's trajectory aligns in a straight line from the TSBD window from where Oswald took the shot, through JFK and into Connelly. Simple physics at work here. No magic at all.

BTW - you do know that the entire "magic" part of that theory is based on having JFK and Connelly incorrectly seated in the limo, do you not? That's the entire basis for the "bullet turned in mid-air" bullshit. The CTists can't even get something as basic as the seating positions of the two men correct. Then, they go off and concoct easily debunked idiocies based on their obvious stupidities.

I doubt you've read the entire Warren Commission Report. I have no doubt you've read all of the idiotic conspiracy books on the subject.

BTW - have you read Bugliosi's book? I have. Makes an air-tight case supporting the WCR based on the science. I suggest you ignore the CTists who dismiss it and give it a read yourself. That is, if you can handle the truth.

Or, you can continue to live in your dream world, imagining that you are fighting the good fight to expose the evil conspirators.
