He is innocent until proven guilty, full stop.

However, with the apparently highly credible revelation that he shared military secrets with a foreign national, who then further disseminated them to 45 other foreign nationals, that would mean pretrial detention and revocation of bond for literally anyone else. If this is unknown to Jack Smith’s crew until now, someone f’d up badly. If nothing else, they need to fix any oversights on this point, charge it, and toss him in a cel with bond denied. And this traitor wanted to discuss classified documents at home with his lawyers? They want to make him speaker of the house? Seriously?
