No, he isn't being indicted or arrested for them [View all]
Lets be honest, people like me think the base are absolute morons (probably being generous with such terminology), and they get offended when we tell them.
Heres the difference, our side isnt the only side who thinks theyre idiots. Its the conductors of the train on the other side who think theyre idiots as well.
The difference is that we tell them, their side doesnt tell them. The people leading their movement, their side, does something even worse - they prey on their idiocy, on their emotions. Theyre all too happy to serve them Kool Aid all day, every day and thats a big reason were here.
He knew he lost. His ego couldnt publicly admit it and he knows hes conned tens of millions to follow him to the end of the earth. And thats how January 6 happened. His rhetoric incited it, inspired all of it, and his words carry so much weight to them that his word is the gospel.
There isnt much he knows how to do, but he knows how to con people. His base cant or wont admit how hard theyve been played.
So, he knows theyre after him, not them (otherwise, wed see mass roundups at his worship me rallies and mass detainments just for them existing), he knows hes being indicted because of what he did, not for them. He knows hes being arrested for him, not for them.
He knows exactly what hes doing by inflaming this rhetoric, and so much of it has managed to work.
Its a massive gaslight on the other side and not just by him.
Again, maybe the worst thing we do when it comes to their idiocy is we point it out to them.
The worst thing their heroes do to their idiocy is they exploit it.
