10. Cautiously optimistic for WH and House, less so for the senate.

The biggest obstacle for Biden winning re-election will be the intensely negative attacks on the statistical likelihood that there will be a President Harris before January 2029.

It will be brutal and disgusting, and I hope Dems and the Biden campaign (and VP Harris) are prepared for the nastiness to come, especially on social media. I expect The Republicans and their dark money supporters to make the likelihood of a President Harris (and their “concern” over her fitness for duty) the issue that overshadows everything else- abortion, the economy, immigration, crime, etc.

It will be the lazy option, since there aren’t likely to be debates leading up to the general election (the GOP has pulled out of the debate commission on Trump’s orders).

Hopefully, it will backfire big time, and increase turnout among WOC in particular.
