Only the Attorney General of the US can charge him. Good luck there. They can't even charge Trump for sedition., which was in plain sight of millions. This is just the tip of the iceberg. The fascists have been buying judges and other high officials for years. If a poorly funded group like Pro Publica can get this kind of information imagine what the billionaires can come up with for leverage. I have been convinced for years that there is a whole lot of bribery and extortion going on.
